• All reservations can be done online, via email at custserv@superiortravellers.com
or phone at +852 2544 5550.
• Bookings, amendments and cancellations are available from Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm, China standard time and closes on Sundays & public holidays.
• Reservations must be made at least two working days in advance.
• All amendments and cancellations must be done at least one working day in advance.
• Late cancellation will be charged at the full standard rate regardless of whether the user is able to enjoy the service or not. All payment including late cancellations and no show for booked service are non refundable.
• Service flow might vary due to different facilities at each airport.
• Urgent reservations cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions by the Immigration and Custom authorities in the airport.
• STSL assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the customers using the service.
• STSL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
